As I've continued to build my business and my site I found myself questioning, "Should this go under Branding?" then I realized I was saying that about almost every aspect of my business because branding is important in everything you do. Even though operations isn't technically under the Branding title how you operate your business says a lot about who you are and how you interact with your clients as well as the people you work with will have a tremendous impact on how your brand is defined.
