Atmosphere/Vibe
- I strive to create a very open, relaxed, exciting and innovative atmosphere. I want me and the people who work with me to feel like they can express their opinions, can approach each other with anything and I want to make sure they know I am very invested in their general well-bring both in the industry and in life.
- I don't plan on having an actual "office" for a while. But if/when that day comes I want to give my employees the efficient best! I believe very much in an environmentally friendly and healthy means of operating. I want a break space where my employees can exercise, go to release, play games or whatever they need.
- I do not like to micro-manage and it is my hope that I would choose to work with people whom I can trust to get their work done well and on time. Therefore, I would be very flexible with their schedules and how they choose to use their time is how they see fit. This is one of those jobs that stretches outside the time constraints of 9-5 and solely weekdays so I understand our various needs and want to be able to leave work time vs play time up to the individual (with some exceptions for meetings and appointments/tasks etc.).
