I want land to build my barn/venue on and if it's big enough maybe a home one day!

My goal is to save about $3,000-$5,000 for a downpayment. $2,000-$3,000 is what I found to be an estimated down payment for land valued at about $50,000.

Questions to ask along the way:

• How many square feet needed to have a max occupancy of 500 people?
• How much should I be saving for downpayment?
• How much would I be looking at for monthly payments (including utilities)
• How much would property tax be?
